Chris
First time I've gone to your URL - found it very interesting.   As you know, I view everything you post on YouTube.   When, if ever, you come all the way to where a 3rd generation immigrant from Ireland makes his home I, hopefully, can arrange a try at the 2 console Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ at the Paramount Theatre in Denver - have an in there. Cheers!

Hi Chris, really enjoyed your recent videos on the Burton Wurlitzer, I hope you dont mind, but i've taken the liberty of adding one of your videos to www.burton-wurlitzer.com   - which incidentally has had a bit of a much needed revamp. Best wishes, Tony Rudak.

You made the organ at St. Mary's church Hemel Hempstead sound like the one at The Odeon Leicester Square in its heyday.   Memorable performance, Chris; you especially gave we oldies a treat - although my daughter hugely enjoyed it too.   Your music happily crosses age boundaries!

I have known lots of organists, but none as enthusiastic as Chris Thompson.   He came to us at Brentford having had no chance to practice on what can be a daunting instrument to those more used to conventional organs, but put up a very creditable show which our audience loved.   Thank you, Chris.

Chris has taken part in our lunchtime recital series on several occasions over the last year or so. He is very popular and makes his audience feel special.
We can't wait for his next visits to St Luke's in April and December 2008.
We wish him well in his musical career -he deserves it!

Chris gave a recital at Christ Church, Woking on 19th November. We have a 3-manual hunter organ which he was able to exploit to give an excellent recital which was enjoyed by all those attending.

Who would have thought a young organist could make such an immense impression in such a short space of time.   We were so lucky that you walked into High Street and agreed to give us an unarranged play of the organ.   We are looking foward to seeing you next year for a full concert at our chapel. God bless your future.   Brenda, Bill and Maria on behalf of High Street Chapel, Penzance.

Thank you, Chris, for coming to St Faith's Church on Saturday and for giving us such an entertaining recital.   It was great to see how versatile the organ can be and we had many favourable comments from the audience.

Thank you again and all good wishes.

Looking back over our centenary year, a lot of events have occurred, not least of which was our Flower Festival & Anniversary weekend in June, during which local & visiting musicians entertained the crowds.   Chris gave us what can only be described as a vibrant 2 hours on the organ which was very much appreciated by those who organised the vent and by those who visited it.
Many thanks Chris, and best wishes for your future playing.

We found Chris to be a very personable young man who is both easy to get on with, and to accommodate.
Chris gave an entertaining concert in November 2006 for us here at the New Palace Centre in Greenlaw, playing the Unique HiLSDON Unit Orchestral Pipe Organ, and we look forward to a return visit.
Keep practising, Chris, and good luck in all you do.
